  • Three vaccines are available for use in the United States. There is no preference for one vaccine over the other when more than one vaccine is recommended for an age group.

  • 2024–2025 Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older.

  • 2024–2025 Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is recommended for everyone ages 6 months and older.

  • 2024–2025 Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine is recommended for everyone ages 12 years and older.

How Can I Get The Updated 2024-2025 COVID-19 Vaccine?

  • The public can check with their pharmacy to see if they have the updated COVID vaccine and get scheduling information.

  • Find a location near you, then call or visit their website to make an appointment by using MyTurn.

  • Locate nearby pharmacies by visiting  Vaccines.gov or Vaya a VaccineFinder (Español).

How Can I Access My Digital Vaccine Record?

  • Visit CDPH's: Digital Vaccine Record  to access your digital vaccine record.

  • You can get a link to your COVID-19 Vaccine Record with a QR code or your California Immunization Record.
