Public Health Advisory Board - Nurse Family PartnershipⓇ (NFP) Subcommittee

The purpose of the Public Health Advisory Board Nurse Family PartnershipⓇ Subcommittee is to support Shasta County Health and Human Services in an advisory capacity to ensure that the needs of low-income first time mothers are met as the program is implemented and expanded. This can be accomplished through a variety of tasks and functions including, serving as community ambassadors, generating and reviewing referral avenues, advocating for community needs, and building and maintaining community partnerships.
