COVID-19 vaccines at the Shasta County Public Health Immunization Clinic are currently available for people eligible for the Bridge Access Program (BAP) eligible and Vaccine for Children Program (VFC). Have You Lost Your Immunization Records

You can now get a digital copy of your California Immunization Records (CAIR) including all vaccinations reported by pharmacies and healthcare providers at Digital Vaccine Record (ca.gov).

Your Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) is an official electronic record of your vaccinations from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR).

You can get a link to your COVID-19 Vaccine Record with a QR code or your California Immunization Record (CAIR).
