Healthy Brain Initiative

The California Healthy Brain Initiative

Through California Healthy Brain Initiative funding, Shasta County is addressing the high rate of Alzheimer’s and dementia in our community. The initiative promotes brain health through awareness and educational campaigns, and addresses the needs of caregivers through local partnerships.
