Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

Learn lifesaving skills to identify, understand and respond to people experiencing a mental health, substance use or suicide challenge. Everyone can benefit from taking the training. It is open to all.

The training consists of 2 hours of online pre-work, plus a 7.5 hour in-person session.

When: Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Where: Shasta College Health Sciences Building, 1400 Market St., Room 8220, Redding.
