Pay Your CSA Bill

Pay Online or by Phone with Credit/Debit Card or E-Check (NEW!)

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, E-Check

Convenience Fee: CSA bills may be paid with any of the above listed credit cards or by E-Check. The company we use to process these electronic payments will add a convenience fee to your bill. The following table reflects the applicable fees

Prior to completing the transaction, all fees will be clearly reported and you will have the option to cancel the transaction.

Please have your CSA bill(s) ready and available to enter all of the required information.  You will need to have your account number and the amount of your balance that you wish to pay.

To pay by phone call the Payment Center at 1-800-487-4567. Wait until option 4 is available to initiate a local payment. You will need to have your account number and amount due available as the Payment Center does not have that information.

Pay by Mail

Accepted Payment Methods: Check, Money Order

Payments by mail must be received on or before the due date listed on the stub. Please make checks payable to Shasta County Public Works. Write your CSA account number on your check and include your bill payment stub, if available. Do not send cash.

Our office is located at the southeast corner of Placer and West Street across from the Shasta County Jail. Parking is at the rear of the building. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards at the counter.
