8th Annual Backpack and School Supply Drive

Child Support Services is excited to announce the commencement of our Backpack and School Supply Drive. We are accepting donations of new backpacks and school supplies until July 31st, 2024, for our 8th Annual Drive-Thru Backpack Giveaway.

Our goal is to distribute a minimum of 600 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to Shasta County students for the upcoming academic year. Your assistance in sharing this initiative is invaluable in achieving this goal.

The Shasta County Superior Court House has moved!

The Shasta County Superior Court transitioned to its new location at 1515 Court Street, Redding CA 96001. Please be advised of the new address if you have a scheduled court hearing or need to visit the courthouse as services may be limited during the transition. For further details, please see the attached Media Release below.

Meet with a Child Support Speciailist at various Health and Human Services Offices!

Child Support services are now available at the Health and Human Services Regional Offices in Anderson on Wednesdays, Burney on the first Tuesdays of the month, and Shasta Lake City every other Thursday.

No appointments required. Meet with a child support specialist to open a child support case, make a payment, perform genetic testing, receive and submit child support documents, discuss case questions and inquiries, and more!
