FREE Waste Tire Collection Event - Palo Cedro
The Shasta County Department of Resource Management is excited to announce they will host a FREE one-day waste tire collection event for Shasta County residents on Saturday, August 26th, at Redding Christian School in Palo Cedro from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This free event will allow Shasta County residents to clear their property of unsightly tires, reduce health and safety issues, and give old tires a new use.
At this waste tire collection event:
• Up to 9 tires accepted for free
• Between 10 and 20 tires accepted with a tire transportation authorization letter*
• Tires on rims will be accepted
• No large truck tires, equipment tires, or off-road tires accepted
• No tires from waste tire-generating businesses accepted
