About

Mr. Toller is a licensed attorney whose professional experience includes a private practice in Redding, California since 2017. He served as a Deputy District Attorney for Shasta County from 1994 to 1998 and again from 2012 to 2017, as well as for Tehama County from 1999 to 2001. His work as a Research Attorney for the California District Attorneys Association Violence Against Women Project in Sacramento from 2001 to 2004 and as the Director of Publications for the same organization from 2004 to 2012 highlights his dedication to public service.

He currently serves as an appointed member of the Board of Trustees of the Shasta County Law Library, a position he has held since January 2024. Mr. Toller holds an A.B. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology at the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley. He has also pursued graduate studies in Theology at the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology.
