Community Needs Survey - We Need Your Input!

From food and housing to medical care and child services, Shasta County Housing and Community Action Agency (SCHCAA), wants to know what people in our community need!

Please provide your feedback by taking this 5-minute survey (available in English and Spanish) at www.shastacounty.gov/housing-community-action-programs, now through January 31, 2023.

This community survey helps us better understand how to address the top needs of Shasta County residents, in order for our agencies to develop services, programs, and/or advocate for resources. SCHCAA will develop a 2024/2025 Community Action Plan based on the survey results, the plan will then be shared with the community and approved for submitting it to the state.

This survey is open to anyone who spends 50% or more of their time in Shasta County either for work or reside in the county.
