This is an indexed archive of past Board of Supervisors meeting minutes.

The minutes are in PDF format. You will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print them.  

Minute indexes are keyed to the page numbers in the physical minutes books, indicated in more recent indexes at the top of the document.  While most years are contained in individual minutes books, some years were split between multiple books and occasionally multiple years were kept in single books.

• Minutes for meetings from 2020 forward are available on the Board Meetings page alongside their associated agendas and other documents.
• Minutes prior to 1979 incorporate the index into the same document as the meeting minutes.
• 1950 was the first year that Board of Supervisors meeting minutes were indexed.
• Minutes prior to 1926 were handwritten. They are available for view in the Clerk of the Board's office or upon request.
